Wire Rope Boom Pendant Assembly

Wire rope boom pendant assemblies can be made using either a poured spelter socket or a swage socket. Both sockets retain 100% of the wire rope’s total breaking strength. Spelter sockets can be fastened by either resin or zinc. Unlike other wire rope assemblies and slings, the length is measured from the center of the pin to the center of the pin. Also, specification should be made on whether the pins should be parallel or at a right angle. All wire rope pendant assemblies are proof tested to twice the working load limit to ensure quality.
